If you want to follow the thesis in “order” please follow the chapter logic indicated in the drop-down list to your left (000, 001, 002, etc.). Otherwise, random-access in non-linear order is encouraged. The idea is that this work progresses as an extension beyond the traditional functionality of the dissertation by becoming hyperlinked; permanently updated; and interactive (LLM integration and other dynamic affordances will be added in the future). Because it is an eternally-updated work (so long as I care to do so), some notes are work-in-progress, or _out of order_.[^1] You will notice a lot of #todo tags because of this, indicating that those sections are considered unfinished.
